Payment Policies
Private Sessions
Individual privates: Must be paid in full prior to confirmation of the appointment.
4-packs: Must be paid in full to take advantage of reduced package fee. Otherwise, you may pay by individual session at set fee.
Travel Fees: If you live beyond a 20 mile radius of New Durham, NH there is an extra travel fee. Please contact me for an exact quote
Semi-Private Classes & Seminars
Must be paid in full prior to confirmation of your spot in class.
Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions: Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the training fee is non-refundable. If an emergency situation, at the instructor's discretion, the appointment may be rescheduled. Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice may be applied to a rescheduled appointment, as the owner chooses.
Classes and Seminars: If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to class start, all fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel prior to the 7 day mark of class, there is a 75% refund or full fee may be applied to a future class
